LAB 360
A space for exploration, ongoing work, and curatorial guidance to bring your studio's creative processes into the public sphere, exhibition, and community dialogue.
Thinking through the artwork, experience, display, and network.
THE FOCUS
Artwork is born in the studio and reaches its full potential through connection: by inhabiting a space, engaging with a territory, and entering into dialogue with its community.
LAB 360 is a space designed to deepen the core backbone of your project. We support you in driving your research forward, making decisions about your creative practice and exhibition layout, designing the exhibition experience, and building the network of individuals and institutions that will engage with your work.
The Two Modalities of Guidance
You can join the lab in two ways, depending on your project's current needs and stage:
1:1 LAB
Personalized guidance for individual projects
A one-on-one working space designed to accompany the development of a solo exhibition, structure a body of work, or undertake deep personal research at any stage of your project.
Modality: Individual 1:1 sessions (60 min) via Google Meet.
What we work on:
-
Artistic Focus and Coherence: Guidance and accompaniment to identify the core narrative and strength of your work.
-
Studio Processes and Materiality: Dialogue on creative choices, supports, mediums, and project research.
-
Spatial Planning and Exhibition Layout: Defining gallery flow, exhibition layout scripts, and curatorial layout proposals.
-
Activation and Networking Strategy: Mapping key interlocutors (curators, scientists, managers) and designing parallel activities.
Duration of Guidance:
-
1 Month (4 sessions): Focused on unblocking a specific milestone (exhibition layout, script, or presentation).
-
2 Months (8 sessions): Development and deepening of a body of work, materialities, and research.
-
3 Months (12 sessions): 360° comprehensive immersion, from initial research questions to spatial design and networking.
Flexible installment payment options available.
SHARED LAB (Small Group)
Collective dialogue and network-building
An intensive process for a small group seeking to deepen their creative practice through interconnected perspectives, shared references, and the development of a joint exhibition project.
Modality: Shared group sessions (90 to 120 min) via Google Meet (small group).
What we work on:
-
Dialogue on Artistic Practice: Interconnected guidance covering studio processes, material choices, and research.
-
Individual Coherence and Narrative: Personalized accompaniment to find the core narrative of each project within the cohort.
-
Shared Curatorial Framework: Building an underlying concept or thread connecting the creative universes of the group.
-
Exhibition Design and Networking: Spatial planning, layout scripts for the group show, and mapping key interlocutors to invite.
Program Duration:
-
Three-Month Cycle (3 months / 12 sessions): A continuous journey of studio work, shared curatorial conceptualization, and full design of the final collective exhibition.
Flexible installment payment options available.
